【摘要】:Asubjectindexofinterpretationsisincludedinthisbookletonpages29through45.ThisindexincludesallinterpretationsthathavebeenissuedontheA17.1Codesince1972.Theinterpretationsarelistedinorderbythesubjects(Part,Section,Rule,etc.).The”Edition”referstotheeditionoraddendaoftheCodeonwhichtheinterpretationwasrendered,e.g.,“85a”referstoA17.1a–1985.The“Bk.No.”referstotheinterpretationsbookletnumberinwhichtheinterpretationwaspublished.Theinterpretationsthatwereissuedfrom1972through1979werepublishedinaseparatebookwhichmaybepurchasedfromASME.SubsequentinterpretationswereissuedinseparatebookletswhichhaveaccompaniedeacheditionandsupplementoftheA17.1Codesince1981.Thesearelistedbelow.Books2through13havealsobeencompiledinaseparatepublicationwhichmaybepurchasedfromASME.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheminimumcriteriaforsystemacceptance/typeapprovalofanewwheelslideprotectionsystemandimplementationofacceptedWSPtospecificvehicleapplicationsandrouterequirements,aswellasrequirementsforwheelrotationmonitoring(WRM)..Thisincludesthedesign,testingandqualityassessmentoftheWSPsystemanditscomponents.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletowheelslideprotectionsystemsforpneumaticbrakingsystemswithouttakingthetypeofvehiclesandtrack-gaugeintoconsideration.Thegeneralprinciplesofthisstandardcanalsoapplyasareferenceforothertypesofbrakingsystemsandotherkindsofrailwayvehicles.Thesystemisdesignedtocontroltheslidingofwheelsofrailwayvehiclesduringbrakingunderdegradedadhesionconditionstopreventwheeldamageandtominimizetheextensionofthestoppingdistanceunderdegradedadhesionconditionsbyoptimizingtheavailableadhesionbetweenwheelandrail.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothefollowingcategoriesofvehicles:1)tramways;2)lightrailways;3)metrosonsteelwheels;4)metrosonrubbertyredwheels.
