【摘要】:1.1Thisdocumentspecifiesspecialitemsofclothing(cleanroomgarments)designedtoprotectaerospaceproductsfromelectrostaticdischargeandfromcontaminantsreleasedbypersonnelandgarments.Specialclothingincludeslowlintingcoveralls,footwear,andheadcovers.1.2Thefunctionofcleanroomgarmentsistocontainthecontaminantsgeneratedbypeopleandtominimizecontaminantsfromthegarments.1.3Twotypesoffabricscanbeselectedforthegarments.Bothtypesareinherentlystatic-dissipativematerialstopreventelectricaldischargesthatcandamagesensitivehardwareorinitiateexplosionsinthepresenceofflammablevapors.Thematerialspecifiedfor"hazardousenvironments"isflameresistantandprovidesadditionalprotectiontothewearer.Selectionofgarmentdesignandfabricshouldbebasedontheuser''sneedswithrespecttofunctionalandenvironmentalrequirements.1.4Additional,backgroundinformationcanbefoundinSD-TR-91-26andIES-RP-CC003.2.1.5ThisstandardisintendedtobeincompliancewiththeASTMpolicyonFireStandardsFlammabilitytestsspecifiedinthisstandardshouldbeusedtomeasureanddescribethepropertiesoffabricsinresponsetoheatandflameundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsandshouldnotbeusedtodescribeorappraisethefabricsunderactualfireconditions.However,resultsofthetestsmaybeusedaselementsofafireriskassessmentwhichtakesintoaccountallofthefactorswhicharepertinenttoanassessmentofthefirehazardofoperationsincontrolledenvironmentareas.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.7ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationpurposesonlybutarehardconversions.
