【摘要】:Thispracticecoversatechniqueforcalculatingaflow-proportionedaveragepropertyvalue(FPAPV)forabatchofin-lineblendedproductorprocessstreammaterialthatiscollectedovertimeandisolatedinastoragetankorvessel,usingacombinationofon-lineorat-linemeasurementsofthepropertyandflowrates.TheFPAPVmethodologyusesregularlycollectedon-lineorat-lineprocessanalyzermeasurements,flow,andassessmentofotherappropriateprocessmeasurementsorvalues,tocalculateaflow-proportionedaveragepropertyvalueinaccordancewithflowquantityunitsofmaterialproduced.Whenthecollectingvesselcontainsaheel(retainedmaterialpriortoreceiptoftheproductionbatch),boththepropertyvalueandquantityoftheheelmaterialcanbepredeterminedandfactoredintothecalculationoftheFPAPVforthenewbatch.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
