【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcoversmembranes,individualsubstructurecomponents,substructurekitsandsuspendedceilingkitswhentheseareplacedonthemarket.ThisEuropeanStandardalsogivescertainspecificationsfortheinstalledsuspendedceilingsystem,fortworeasons:theindividualcomponentsandkitsmayhavetomeetcertainrequirementsinorderfortheinstalledsystemtobeabletomeettherequirementwhenthesystemisinstalled,andbecauseitisappropriate,foreaseofreference,togivebothcomponent/kitrequirementandinstalledsystemrequirementinthesamedocument,giventherelationshipbetweenthem.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesinformationforthevariouspartiesresponsiblefordesigning,manufacturingandspecifying/selectingsuspendedceilingsusedforinteriorapplicationsingeneralbuildingandcivilengineeringstructures.Itcoverssuspendedceilingssoldasacompletekit,substructuressoldaskits,individualcomponents(products)ofsuchsubstructures,andmembranecomponents.Itincludestestmethodsandmethodsofassessment,aswellasprovisionsfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproductstotherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandard.IntheabsenceofanyotherEuropeanStandard,thisEuropeanStandardspecifiesdimensions,tolerancesand,whererelevant,performancerequirements,forcommonlyavailableceilingsubstructuresandmembranecomponents.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverthefollowing:—ceilingsubstructuresandmembranecomponentcoveredbyotherharmonisedEuropeanStandards,forin-situformedceilings,coveredbyotherEuropeantechnicalspecifications,forwhichitistheinstaller,notthecomponentmanufacturer,whotakesresponsibilityforensuringthatthecompleteinstalledsuspendedceilingmeetsanyregulatoryrequirementstowhichitissubject;—stretchedceilingscoveredbyEN14716;—ceilingsinmobilebuildings,caravansandotherformsoftransportation;—characteristicsneededforspecialapplications,forwhichadditionalcharacteristicsotherthancoveredbythisEuropeanStandardwouldneedtobecompliedwith;—ceilingssubjecttowaterpenetrationrequirements;—ceilingsusedexternallywhererequirementsotherthancoveredbythisscopewouldapply(tunnels,canopies,petrolstations,arcades,opensportsfacilities,carparksetc.);—heavydutysuspendedceilingsortheirsupportingconstruction(e.g.ceilingsthatcanbewalkedon);—ceilingsmadefromfireprotectiveboardscoveredbyETAG018-4.ThisEuropeanStandardscoversthefollowingessentialcharacteristics:—reactiontofire;—resistancetofire(suspendedceilingkitsonly);—releaseofasbestos(content)(suspendedceilingkitsandmembranecomponentsonly);—releaseofformaldehyde(suspendedceilingkitsandmembranecomponentsonly);—shatterproperties(formembranecomponentsofbrittlematerialsinsuspendedceilingkitsonly);—flexuraltensilestrength;—loadbearingcapacity;—electricalsafety;—directairbornesoundinsulation(suspendedceilingkitsonly);—soundabsorption(suspendedceilingkitsandmembranecomponentsonly);—thermalconductivity(suspendedceilingkitsandmembranecomponentsonly);—durabilityofflexuraltensilestrengthandloadbearingcapacityagainstmoisture;—condensation.ThisEuropeanStandardalsocoversthefollowingnon-essentialrequirements:—colourandlightreflectance;—installation.
